The first Black-owned and woman-owned outdoor furniture and goods brand was looking to create a unique beach umbrella and blanket to add to their product line. The beach umbrella was Influenced by Adire textile design that uses resist dyeing techniques and patterns found in Southwest Nigeria. I created hand-drawn custom illustrations for the beach blanket and worked with industrial designers and manufactures to create a one of kind items.
